Stoudemire Farms Denver Steak is simply juicy when cooked right. I got inspired by July 4th and had always wanted to try the peach steak combo. I used my Dutch oven to cook the peaches with the leftover steak juices with a little Chinese Fujian cooking wine. Peaches carmelize and the natural sugar intensified in flavor. Also I had no clue who Stoudemire is. I remember in an Instagram post that he was excited to go to a golf tournament and was not able to come to his farm stand. But of course, I got corrected at his farm stand at Union Square Greenmarket. I know F-O-O-D. Who cares about basketball!?!
